Our approach is simple, we are qualified in all the top project management methodologies (SAFE, Nexus, Crystal, Scrum, Kanban, PRINCE2, APMP, MSP). We like to take the best tools from these methodologies to help your organisation deliver. We mentor your teams, put the tools and measurements in place and then start to deliver. We use continuous improvement to find what works and what doesn’t and then we scale where needed. The key is that we measure and learn.
What we have learnt is that ‘big bang’ transformations are costly and seldom work when trying to move to a single methodology. Board rooms seldom understand the methodology, not everyone is bought in. Methodology evangelists are sometimes not flexible enough in their thinking to bring everyone on the journey.
